Dr. Bryan Christensen is a native of Utah and grew up in Salt Lake City. He is a second-generation Oral & Maxillofacial surgeon practicing alongside his father, Dr. Steven Christensen. He earned his undergraduate degree at Brigham Young University in 2002. Then began his dental training at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry.

In 2006, Dr. Christensen graduated with honors from dental school and was accepted into the University of Oklahoma’s prestigious Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery program. As a resident there Dr. Christensen received extensive training in all facets of oral surgery, including implant surgery, dentoalveolar, bone grafting / soft tissue grafting, orthognathic and temporomandibular joint surgery, oral pathology, cleft lip/palate reconstruction and facial cosmetic surgery. During his residency Dr. Christensen was involved in multiple extracurricular and leadership activities to help enhance his knowledge and surgical skills.

Dr. Bryan Christensen has personal interests in dental implant surgery, bone and soft tissue reconstruction, corrective jaw surgery, and facial trauma. Dr. Christensen serves on-call for hospitals receiving trauma patients all over Salt Lake Valley including: Intermountain Medical Center in Murray UT, Riverton Hospital, LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City and Alta View hospitals in Sandy. He understands the importance of and is committed to continuing education in order to provide the latest techniques and technology to his patients. He currently provides continuing education to enhance the oral surgery knowledge of his dental colleagues through seminars offered at his office.

Dr. Christensen and his wife, Kristen, are the proud parents of four children, Ty, Brans, Cason and Tessa. In his spare time, Bryan enjoys skiing, mountain biking, college football, camping, all kinds of outdoor activities and spending time with his family.
